The weather was just LVoely that we Virginians decided to walk around and window shop today. Gone are the winter coats and woolen scarves and were happily replaced by light cotton sweaters and even flip flops. Of course, no trip to Washington would be complete without standing in line (for at least 45 mins) to buy a box of DC's designer cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake. These little babies are POSITIVELY SINFUL!!! You can't just have one.
